An impromptu gathering took place on 6th May 2000. I had an e-mail from a guy called Christian Rogan who had purchased a red '97 GTO SR from Hallmarks recently. I knew the exact car he had purchased as I had drooled over the very same car myself not too long ago while it was in their showroom. Christian had to pop into Hallmarks on Saturday 6th May, and as I don't live far away we decided to meet up.

Little did I know that we would end up in GTO heaven! No less than four red GTO's just happened to get together, mine, Christian's, a guy called Martin (who just happened to be there) and a car from Hallmarks' stock.

Any finally, this is a high-quality high-res pic (340KB) of Christian's GTO - this can be used as wallpaper and reduced to the appropriate size using Paint Shop Pro etc....

Now we just need to get some different colours next time - the problem with red is that they all look the same!
